I was pleasantly surprised by the room with a kitchenette that exceeded my expectations, but the noise from the train tracks was a downside. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay feel amazing. The hotel's location was awesome for exploring downtown KC, but nearby construction was a bit of a nuisance. Dining options were decent, though service hours were limited. Overall, a mixed but enjoyable experience.
